This little Dean Ambrose Sneak Peek Chronicle episode thing is going around via WWE Youtube is NOT going to manipulate my feels.
We get like 12 minutes of Dean Ambrose. Raw, Real Dean Ambrose. We get insight into his recovery, his mindset and his emotional state of mind within these 12 minutes.
The video starts off with a frustrated Dean telling the camera crew to stop asking him the same question because he’s already answered it. They spend a decent amount of time on this scene where Dean tells them that he isn’t going to manufacture an answer, he isn’t going to read from a script. Nope. Dean’s not doing it!!
And then it ends with a mysterious phone call – and we can all assume what phone call that was. It was Seth calling to ask Dean to be in his corner against Dolph (and Drew) and of course Dean will be there, because he’s always there!! And I mean, the rest, we know, is history. We’ve seen it played out on our TV screens since August.
But I’m not stupid enough to think that THAT little scene at the end was not staged, that it wasn’t scripted.
The opening and closing scenes of this 12 minute video are polar opposites – contrasting to SHOW us Real Dean vs Scripted Dean – to prepare us for the explanation for his Heel Turn.
I’m not stupid enough to think that Seth didn’t call Dean once in those 9 months Dean was out injured. I’m not stupid enough to think that Seth didn’t once check in on his friend, his ‘brother’ either face to face, over the phone, through Renee or even with Roman checking in with Dean.
No. I don’t believe that Seth just went on his merry way ignoring his friends injury – let alone the fact that his friend almost bloody died!
Nah WWE, you ain’t gonna pull the wool over my eyes on this one.
Too little, too late.
I’d potentially believe it if they planted the seed long before Dean even came back from injury – either through Social Media or check ins with Renee…plant that seed and slowly water it
Nah, sorry WWE, I ain’t stupid.
Like, I ain’t dumb enough to forget this:
Or this
So lets go back to this now please
And when Roman is finished fighting leukaemia’s ass, we can go back to this:
And

yes, thank you. everyone knows seth has a special affection for dean irl, it would be pretty silly to think that he actually called him only weeks before summerslam to be sure he was going to help him. it would serve as a retrospective explanation for his turn, but there’s no way i’m gonna believe things went like that for real.
